St Patrick's Day

Ahhhhh, who doesn't love St Patrick's Day.  Have a nice lie on, relax, join your friends for a drink and toast the great man himself with a pint or two.  While there's nothing better than a nice pint of Guinness to help you re-affirm your Irishness, we at Molloy's have seen a steady increase in demand for stout's that are not brewed at James Gate.  Blasphemy I hear you say!!!!...well read on!

Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout (USA)355ml btl 10% ABV
I know, even I was shocked when I saw the Americans were getting in on the act and producing stout. The famous Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, is an award-winning rendition of the Imperial Stout style, once made exclusively for Catherine the Great. They use three mashes to brew each batch of this beer, achieving a luscious deep dark chocolate flavour through a blend of specially roasted malts. We brew it every year for the winter season. It is delicious when newly bottled, but also ages beautifully for years.

All these fine stouts are available in selected Molloys.
